Aikay Vincent Oduoza is the Founder and Principal Partner of the firm. He is a seasoned legal and business professional whose career spans legal practice, banking, and executive leadership across multiple jurisdictions.

With a strong legal foundation and decades of senior leadership experience, he brings a strategic, thoughtful, and practical perspective to law practice. He holds an LL.B. (Hons), a BL (Hons), and an LL.M., and is a graduate of the prestigious Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School Executive Education.

He was first admitted to the Bar in Nigeria and later to the Bars of Ontario and British Columbia, Canada, where he has practiced law for more than a decade. 

Aikay began his career as a corporate attorney in Nigeria before transitioning to the banking and financial services industry. During a distinguished banking career, Aikay rose to Regional Vice President at a global bank, gaining extensive experience in leadership, governance, financial systems, and organizational oversight. This background strengthened his skills in strategic decision-making, complex negotiations, and board-level advisory work, and enhanced his ability to guide businesses and individuals through important, often high-stakes issues.

When Aikay resumed practicing law in Canada, he brought a broader professional perspective gained from senior executive roles. He leverages his combined expertise in law, leadership, and governance to provide clear, balanced, and practical legal guidance to his clients.

In addition to his legal practice, he serves on the boards of several organizations in Canada and abroad, including nonprofit organizations. Outside the office, he enjoys soccer and is a longtime supporter of Arsenal FC in the English Premier League. Aikay is a family-first man with a wife and two children.
